Pre-Shipment Photo Confirmation
To ensure your complete satisfaction, we will provide actual photographs of your doll for your confirmation before shipment. This allows you to review the craftsmanship before it leaves our facility.
14-Day Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery, subject to the following strict hygiene and safety conditions:
Condition of Product
The doll must be entirely unused. Due to health and hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns for any product that has been utilized.
Original Packaging
The package must be in the same condition as when it was shipped. All original packaging materials must be intact and unopened.
Cancellations
Our dolls are made-to-order. If you wish to cancel before shipping, the following applies:
- Before Production: 95% Refund (minus 5% PayPal transaction fee).
- During Production: 65% Refund (35% restocking fee).
- Seller-Initiated Cancellation: 100% Full Refund.
Warranty & Defects
Manufacturing defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
Email support with your order number and description of the manufacturing defect.
Provide photo/video evidence. Damage from improper use is not covered by the warranty.
We will provide tools for minor repairs or send replacement parts/dolls for major damage.
